Payments
- Currently we accept PayPal or credit card through PayPal. Checks and Money Orders are also accepted but will incur a 7-day waiting period before shipping.
- We will bill you through PayPal when your part is finished. So don’t forget your e-mail in the contact form!
International Orders
- Orders will need extra verification if paid by a credit card unless paid and verified through PayPal.
- A PayPal order may incur an additional conversion fee.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Shipping
- FREE SHIPPING ON VALVE REBUILDS WITHIN THE USA
- All valves are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and is included in the price. Rebuilding of valve will take 5-10 working days (weekends and holidays are not included).
- After hours orders will be processed the next business day.
- Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
Warranty And Return Policy
- We will replace or repair, at our discretion, any part and/or component that is determined by us to be defective due to workmanship and/or materials.
- Freight and insurance charges for return of defective parts must be prepaid by the purchaser.
- The warranty expressed is limited to the value of the parts and/or components sold and is in lieu of all warranties either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and/or fitness of the product for particular purpose which warranties are expressly herein disclaimed.
- No incidental or consequential damages shall be allowed. We are not responsible for loss or injury incurred from use or operation of our products or for damages for removal or replacement costs, shipping costs, or costs incurred to down time of any vehicle in which our products are installed.
- We are not responsible for any loss, indirect use of our products, or the inability of the purchaser to determine proper use, application or installation of our products.
- Our warranty only covers the repair or replacement of that particular product.
Acceptance or use of any product supplied by us will constitute an acceptance of our warranty and limited liability policy as listed above. - Rebuilt brake valves have a 1-year warranty.
- Any parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturer’s defects only. They will not warranted for wear or breakage under any other circumstance. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions will not be eligible for warranty or refund consideration.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!
- Old Auto Restorations LLC disclaims any liability beyond the amount of invoice and shall not be liable for any other expense, loss or damage weather direct or consequential. warranty work must be done or approved by in advance by Old Auto Restorations LLC. Warranty void if signs of tampering or abuse.
How return an order
- All returns must be sent prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Ensure the part for full value and get a tracking number to protect yourself against loss.
- We strongly suggest using U.S. mail or UPS for returns.
