This carburetor is off a mid 70’s Dodge 413 powered motorhome.

We replaced both the primary and secondary floats plus the fuel valves and all hardware.

It obvious this power valve is blown out.
We double checked, and yes it will not hold vacuum.
We replaced it with a new one with the same vacuum rating.
When the rubber diaphragm in the power valve ruptures, the carburetor will run rich at idle up until the engine vacuum falls below the power valve rating.
